Table Design & Shapes

The Contact table comes in two distinct variants to suit your meeting needs. The classic barrel-shaped top is perfect for all-round meetings. For rooms focused on videoconferencing, the trapezoidal shape is specifically designed for optimal screen visibility and camera angles. The wide edge of the trapezoidal shape is designed to sit flush with another table.

Materials and Finishes

The table tops are available in 18 or 25 mm thickness. You can choose from PEFC MFC, PEFC HPL, or an 18 mm Arpa Fenix black top, all with a LaserTec edge finish. The frame is available with either a 4-legged wooden or steel base. The steel components are epoxied, while the wooden parts are stained or lacquered. All colours are available in accordance with Vepa's core and trend colour charts.

Dimensions & Seating Capacity

The Contact table has a fixed height of 74 cm and comes with adjustable feet.

Barrel-shaped:

• 200x100/90 cm: Seats 4-6 people.

• 240x120/100 cm: Seats 6-8 people.

Trapezoidal:

• 240x140/90 cm: Seats 6-7 people.

• 300x140/90 cm: Seats 8-9 people.

• 360x140/90 cm: Seats 10-11 people.

Options & Quality

Optional features include steel double-sided tiltable cable ducts, a cable outlet cover, and flush-mounted sockets. The table tops are available as responsible certified PEFC or FSC wood. The product is also backed by quality labels such as FSC, PEFC, and ISO certifications. The table tops feature a high-end LaserTec edge finish on the wooden panels.
